Adjustable tongs for, for example, concrete and stone blocks, drums or coils.
Coil hook
So-called C-hooks are suitable for lifting loads with openings, such as coils or pipes.
Loads must be picked up and set down in such a way that unintentional falling over, separation, sliding or rolling of the load is avoided. Depending on the application, safety lugs, protective cages, anti-slip tine coatings, etc. are suitable for this purpose.
Gripper
Basically, a distinction is made between two types of grippers:
Driven grippers and non-driven grippers.
Driven grippers obtain the necessary gripping force from an external power source (hydraulic cylinder, spindle or similar). It must be ensured by design that the load is held securely even if the drive fails.
Non-driven grippers obtain the necessary gripping force from the design geometry and the load weight.
The load is gripped by frictional or positive locking.
Loading forks
Loading forks are ideal for transporting pallets, mesh boxes and other bundled loads close to the ground by crane. Thanks to a height adjustment and the side-adjustable tines, the Axzion loading forks can be perfectly adapted to the different loads.
Traverses
Beam-type traverses are used for flat loads (steel bars, beams, etc.). If the loads are voluminous (machines, boxes, etc.), then a spatial traverse is chosen, these are, among others, an H-traverse or a frame traverse.
Turning rolls
With the Axzion turning roller, the heaviest loads can be easily lifted and also turned. Load capacities: Up to over 200t when used in pairs. Crane side with round sling suspension, load side with easy running steel rollers, suitable for round slings or grade 10 chains.
What we do
Applications
Our programme
Quality Seven
Consultation
Starting in the planning phase, intensive contact with the user is used to develop the optimum concept for the requirements.
Construction
More than 20 experienced load handling equipment designers construct the optimum solution for your needs.
Material
Only with good components can a safe and good solution be produced.
Manufacturing
Specialised companies must comply with technical standards that are valid throughout Europe when producing steel construction projects in the building inspection area.
Drives and control technology
Intelligent load handling devices increasingly have electromechanical or hydraulic drives.
Testing and documentation
Material and process testing means additional safety. Our work is inspected by our own or independent inspectors using the latest testing equipment.
Service
In accordance with accident prevention regulations, load lifting equipment must be checked at certain intervals to ensure that it is in a safe condition.
